Crain’s Chicago Names Uptake to 2021 Most Innovative Companies List

Recognized for industrial intelligence software and 40+ U.S. patents, Uptake ranks #6 on the tenth annual list

CHICAGO — October 25, 2021 — Uptake has been named to the Crain’s Chicago Business Most Innovative Companies List for a second consecutive year. Based on an independent evaluation of patent output and quality, Uptake placed among the top companies in the Chicagoland area conducting research and development. The company was granted 16 U.S. patents in 2020, many of which leverage data science to improve asset performance, risk mitigation, and enhance environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) initiatives in asset-intensive industries.
